Here is a step-by-step guide for parents and students at HW Pickup School to log in and navigate PowerSchool.
For Parents:
- Go to the PowerSchool Parent Portal: Link
- Enter your Username and Password: Use the account credentials that the school provided to you during the registration process. If you have forgotten your credentials, there should be a "Forgot Username or Password?" link on the login page.
- Explore the Dashboard: Once logged in, you will see a main dashboard. This page provides a quick overview of your student's grades, attendance, and a navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
- Check Grades and Assignments: Click on "Grades and Attendance" to view current grades for each class. You can click on a specific grade to see the individual assignments, their scores, and any teacher comments.
For Students:
- Go to the PowerSchool Student Portal: Link
- Enter your Username and Password: Your username is typically your student ID number, and the school will provide you with a password.
- View Your Progress: The student view is similar to the parent view. You can see your own grades, attendance, and access links to class information.
